SUBSTANCE: corneal access is formed, a viscoelastic is introduced into the anterior chamber, a prolene thread is passed into the anterior chamber of the eye through paracentesis. The distal end of the thread is moved into the formed goniotomy incision. Microsurgical tweezers are used to advance the suture through the Helm's canal in a 360 degree circle. A 360 degree trabeculotomy is performed by pulling the proximal edge. A corneal access is formed at 2 points, points for goniotomy are determined, goniotomy notches are formed in the amount of 5 or more, bypassing large vessels by the type of bridges, after goniotomy, large vessels are coagulated with a 25G microcoagulator while maintaining viscoelastic.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce trauma, and reduce intraocular pressure without depressurization of the eye.
