FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to ophthalmology, and can be used in surgical treatment of secondary phakomorphous glaucoma, with organic blockade of anterior chamber angle. Method lies in the following: in zones, covered with goniosynechias, carried out is successive release of trabecula zone from iris tissue for not less than 270° of circumference of anterior chamber angle, smoothing of fixed root folds being carried out by dosed tightening of iris tissue from root to pupil until iridodialysis 1.0-1.5 mm appears in 2-3 opposite quadrants.
EFFECT: method allows to increase hypotensive effect due to maximal separation of goniosynechias and openings of anterior chamber angle.
