FIELD: experimental medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the creation of an experimental model of Blount's disease by inhibiting the expression of the PAX3 gene by lipophilic interfering siRNA in a chicken embryo sclerotome. Induction of the development of the disease is carried out by introducing of embryogenesis lipophilic siRNA to the PAX3 gene into the neural tube of the chicken embryo at 53 hours in a volume that ensures complete filling of the neural tube.
EFFECT: obtaining a method of simulation of blount's disease in chicken embryo.
