SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for modelling congenital hip dislocation in a chick embryo. Lipophilic siRNA to the Pax3 gene is introduced into the neural tube of the chick embryo in a volume that ensures filling of the neural tube. The introduction of lipophilic siRNA is carried out during a 51 hour-incubation period.

EFFECT: method allows to create a model of induced congenital hip dislocation by introducing lipophilic siRNA to the Pax3 gene into the neural tube of a chick embryo during a 51 hour-incubation period.
