SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and is a method of simulating induced abrachia on a chicken embryo, which consists in the introduction into a neural tube of a chicken embryo of a lipophilic siRNA to the Pax3 gene of 2'-O-methyl modification in a volume which provides filling of the neural tube, wherein the lipophilic siRNA is introduced during formation of 16 pairs of somites.

EFFECT: invention provides simulation of induced abrachia on chicken embryo.
