FIELD: corrosion protection.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods for obtaining an anti-corrosion coating on a metal product by painting. First, a metal product is hung onto the transport conveyor through holes made in it. In the first embodiment of the invention, to perform painting, a thermosetting material is applied to the product, the product is moved along the transport conveyor to the polymerization chamber for baking the thermosetting material when heated to a temperature of 100° to 300°C. A thermoplastic material is applied to the resulting monolithic surface of the thermosetting material. Then the product is moved along the transport conveyor to the polymerization chamber for baking the thermoplastic material when heated to a temperature of 100° C to 350°C, is removed from the polymerization chamber, the product is cooled to ambient temperature and the product is removed from the transport conveyor. In the second embodiment of the invention, a thermoplastic material and then a thermosetting material are applied to the article to paint. In the third embodiment, a thermoplastic material is applied to the product for painting, and then the thermoplastic material is reapplied. In the fourth embodiment, painting is carried out by applying a thermoplastic and thermosetting material mixed in various proportions to the product, and then the thermosetting material is applied.

EFFECT: increased strength of the anti-corrosion coating and, as a result, its durability.
