FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of an anticorrosion coating on a metallic product. Method includes making of holes in the product to be hung on the beam, removal of galvanizing particles from the product, pretreatment of the surface of the product by degreasing, cleaning, washing, pickling and fluxing, drying and hanging of the product on the beam, immersing of the product in a bath with molten zinc, removal of the product and its cooling to ambient temperature. Galvanized product is mechanically cleaned from the galvanizing surges, after which the outer surface of the product is degreased, the product is hung on the transport system, the product is heated in a heating chamber and moved to a container with a granular thermoplastic material for applying it to the product, the product is moved to a polymerization chamber for baking the thermoplastic material, the product is extracted from the said chamber and cooled to ambient temperature.

EFFECT: invention increases the strength of the coated metallic product by forming an anticorrosive layer with a thickness of 180 to 1,250 microns, depending on the wall thickness of the product from 1 mm to 10 mm, with the coating providing good resistance to abrasion and impacts.
