FIELD: vehicles paintwork restoration.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new methods for the restoration of damage to the paintwork of vehicles. The developed technology will be used in the field of auto detailing to eliminate mechanical (chips, scratches, cracks, etc.) damage to vehicle paintwork. A feature of the invention is the reduction in the number of stages in the process of restoring damage to the paintwork of vehicles by applying a mixture of automotive varnish, hardener, paint to damage to the paintwork of vehicles, as well as reducing the polymerization time from 6-8 hours to 15-20 minutes due to pre-treatment a mixture of automotive varnish, hardener and paint by ultrasonic radiation, which makes it possible to disperse the components to a nanoscale state and thereby intensify the polymerization process.
EFFECT: complete elimination of mechanical damage to the surface of the paintwork of the vehicle without microdefects due to the dispersion of the components of the mixture to a nanoscale state.
