FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: controlled frequency-selective screen. The controllable frequency-selective screen consists of at least two frequency-selective surfaces, each of which is formed by at least one two-dimensional periodic grating located on a radio-transparent dielectric base, while the frequency-selective surfaces are adjacent to each other by the side on which the two-dimensional periodic array, wherein the two-dimensional periodic array has a conductive coating and a conductive coating configuration that repeats within one period, while the frequency-selective surfaces are configured to move relative to each other in the direction of one or both period axes by a distance equal to half or less than half period.
EFFECT: reducing the radar visibility of antenna systems.
