FIELD: veterinary medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a veterinary drug based on non-specific immunoglobulins and colloidal particles of selenium for the correction of the immune system. A method of producing a veterinary drug based on nonspecific immunoglobulins and colloidal selenium particles for correcting the immune system, characterized by the presence of selenium nanoparticles, consists in conjugating nonspecific immunoglobulin and selenium nanoparticles obtained by reducing sodium selenite with hydrochloric acid hydrazine 25 mM, s subsequent dialysis against phosphate buffer and further freeze-drying of the resulting injectable dosage form, with the following combination of components, wt.%: colloidal particles of selenium — 0.01–0.10; nonspecific immunoglobulins — 0.10–0.20; distilled water — the rest.

EFFECT: above invention makes it possible to obtain a drug based on non-specific immunoglobulin and colloidal particles of selenium for correcting the immune system of animals with reduced toxicity.
