SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a compound of formula (I), in which X is either absent or is a bond; in cases where X is absent, the four-membered ring is directly attached to the 6-membered piperidine ring, forming a spirocyclic system; Q is either O or S(O)p; p = integer in the range 0–2; Y is selected from NR2R3, NHC(O)R4; R1 is selected from H, F; m = an integer in the range 1–4; one of R2 and R3 is H and the other is isoxazolyl; or R2 and R3, taken together with the nitrogen to which they are attached, can form a 5-membered heteroaryl with 2 additional heteroatoms representing N; R4 is independently selected from (C1-C6)alkyl, (C3-C6)cycloalkyl, heteroaryl which is thienyl or furyl, and (C1-C6)alkoxy.
