FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry and specifically to 5,6,7,8-tetrahydroimidazo[1,2-a]pyridine derivative of formula (IIA) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, where E denotes -CH2-; Q is -CH2O-; Z is (oxo)oxazolidinylphenyl; R11 denotes hydrogen; R12 is hydrogen or halogen; R15 denotes a difluoromethoxy group; and R16 denotes hydrogen. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on a compound of formula (IIA), use thereof and a method of treating and/or preventing rheumatoid arthritis or Crohn's disease.
EFFECT: obtaining novel heterocyclic compounds having the properties of a TNFα activity modulator.
