FIELD: pharmaceutical compounds.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R1 is -CH2N(R2)2 or -CH2NR2COOR3; in each occurrence R2 is independently selected from H or C1-C6 alkyl; R3 is H or C1-C6 alkyl; E represents pyridine, where the specified pyridine is substituted by one or two fluorine atoms; A is fragment (a). The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of mycobacterial infection, the composition contains a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of the invention or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The compound of the invention is used to treat mycobacterial infection.
EFFECT: obtaining oxazolidinone compounds applicable for the treatment of mycobacterial infections.
