FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to assess in vitro specificity of molecules that have affinity for cell membrane biomarkers and are based on antibodies, antibody fragments, aptamers or alternative scaffold proteins. A method which consists in culturing cells to obtain a cell culture based on a single C6 cell line is presented. Then retroviral transduction of genes of the studied biomarker is carried out with its subsequent expression on the cell membrane, the studied biomolecule is added and the said biomolecule binds to the biomarker on the cell membrane, after which the assessment is carried out by any known method.

EFFECT: method provides a simultaneous high-precision assessment of the binding specificity of various affinity biomolecules.
