SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine the risk of malignant transformation of prostate cells. A prostate-specific fraction of extracellular nanovesicles (pEVNV) is isolated from blood plasma. A semi-quantitative analysis of the concentrations of mir-205-5p and mir-375-3p in the material of isolated PRNVs is carried out using reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction. The ratio of the relative concentrations of mir-205-5p and mir-375-3p is calculated using the formula prVNV-205/375=Ct(205)/Ct(375). With the value of prVNV-205/375 < 1 the risk of malignant transformation of prostate cells is determined. With the value prVNV-205/375 > 1 the absence of risk is determined.
EFFECT: method provides an effective determination of the risk of malignant transformation of prostate cells by semi-quantitative analysis of mir-205-5p and mir-375-3p in plasma PRNV material.
