FIELD: mining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices that optimize the combustion process in underground coal gasification (UCG). A device is proposed for supplying blast to the surface of a fire face during underground gasification of coal, configured for movement, comprising at least two pipe segments connected to each other by an adapter coupling, and a trap cap installed on the end part of the first pipe segment. Moreover, control and measuring equipment is installed in the trap cap, and in the immediate vicinity of the trap cap, in the side walls of the pipe segment, side nozzles are made to ensure the flow of blast. In this case, the second segment of the pipe comprises wheels with a drive for each, which are driven by an electric motor, and is connected to an auxiliary cable with attached communication and power supply cables to provide power and exchange data of the control and measuring equipment and the electric drive of the wheels.
EFFECT: movement of the point of entry of the oxidizer to the fire face at any distance without restrictions on the number of movements and the use of additional mechanisms that increase the risk of failure and failure, with the possibility of changing the direction of the blast, preventing the accumulation of blast gas in the cavities left after the burnout of the coal seam, as well as simplifying the design and reducing the consumption of materials, and increasing the service life of the gas generator and the safety of the coal gasification process.
