FIELD: mining, particularly underground gasification during thin coal seam cutting.
SUBSTANCE: method involves drilling wells in coal seam; forming parallel channels communicated with transversal flange channel; supplying blast gas and removing gas from gas generator through discharge wells communicated with parallel channels. Flange channel end is communicated with surface through discharge well. Combustion channel is formed in at least one parallel channel, which is outermost from discharge well. One discharge well has carbon dioxide taking means. Discharge wells of parallel channels may be used as blasting ones. Coal pyrolysis is carried out in parallel channel located near combustion channel during gasification of coal massif adjoining said combustion channel. Coal pyrolysis is provided by gasification product or heated carbon dioxide blast through above parallel channel.
EFFECT: possibility to obtain rich gas having predetermined stable composition.
