FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing condensed fuels to produce combustible gas and can be used for processing various solid fuels for energy generation. Reactor includes sealed housing equipped with heat insulation, at least five horizontal communicating hearths, rotation drive, vertical shaft, to which are attached re-heaters with strokes, loading device on upper bottom, unloading device on lower bottom, device for supply of oxygen-containing gas at lower bottom, igniter, gas-tight gate on one of intermediate piles not higher than third from above and not below third from below, a gas duct connecting bottom space of the hearth located below the gas-impermeable bolt to the bottom hearth of the upper hearth, and a device for discharging gaseous products on the hearth above the gas-impermeable gate. Gas-tight gate is made in the form of located on the periphery of the vertical shaft pit, the upper level of which is at the level of the hearth, and the lower level is interconnected with the space of the underlying hearth, wherein the upper level of the gate shaft is open for bulk material pouring into it, and the top of the hole connecting the vertical shaft with the space of the underlying hearth is located at the height from the hearth not higher than the distance along the horizontal from the most distant from the rotation axis of the stroke to the hole. In lower part of vertical shaft there is a supply mechanism for forced precipitation of loose fine material into space of underlying hearth.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain pyrolysis gas free from pyrolysis resins and free from combustible constituents of the ash residue with high energy efficiency.
