SUBSTANCE: devices for the preparation of sour hydrocarbon gases in the oil and gas industry. A sour hydrocarbon gas preparation device, including an inlet separator, a two-stage compressor, an adsorption drying and gas and condensate purification unit, a regeneration gas purification unit connected to a two-stage compressor by a purified regeneration gas supply line, a sulfur production unit, an amine treatment unit, a low-temperature condensation unit and deethanization of condensate and a booster compressor, as well as a line for supplying gas to the plant, lines for the output from the plant of treated gas, ethane fraction and a wide fraction of light hydrocarbons, and, in addition, inter-unit lines for supplying gas and condensate. The amine treatment unit is installed between the first and second stages of the compressor and is connected to the sulfur production unit, equipped with lines for removing sulfur and exhaust gas from the plant. The unit for adsorption drying and purification of gas and condensate is connected to the regeneration gas purification unit, which is connected to the second stage of the compressor by a line for supplying purified regeneration gas, as well as an acid gas supply line to the sulfur production unit. The line of commercial dry stripped gas before the booster compressor is connected to the adsorption drying and gas and condensate purification unit, and the hydrocarbon condensate output line from the first stage of the compressor is connected to the condensate output line from the unit and to the gas and condensate drying and purification unit. The amine treatment unit is connected through the purified gas line to the alkanolamine and water recovery unit, which is connected to the second stage of the compressor through the purified gas line with a low content of alkanolamine and water vapors and is connected to the amine treatment unit through the diluted alkanolamine solution line.
EFFECT: provision of resource saving for the device for preparing sour hydrocarbon gas.
