FIELD: gas purification processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in oil and gas, oil refining, chemical and petrochemical industries for absorption purification of process gases from acidic components using aqueous solutions of alkanolamines. The device contains a separator of the gas to be purified, a column-type absorber with a device for cooling the absorbent with a two-section drop catching device, an upper packed mass transfer section equipped with a distribution device, and a lower section equipped with a block of heat and mass transfer elements of a spiral-radial type with a distribution device and refrigerant inlet and outlet pipes. It also contains a three-section column-type desorber, each section of which is equipped with blocks of heat and mass transfer elements of a spiral-radial type with distributing devices and branch pipes for inlet and outlet of the coolant or refrigerant in each section. The bottom of the absorber is located above the entry point of the rich absorbent into the desorber. On the gas supply line to the absorber there is a mixer of the gas to be purified with the absorbent. On the bypass line for supplying the absorbent to the absorber, a device for cleaning the absorbent from decomposition products, an absorbent supply pump, a pressure reducing valve, gas inlet and outlet pipelines, and process pipelines are installed. The additional outlet line of part of purified technological gas has a choke and a low-temperature separator with a dilute aqueous alkanolamine solution outlet line and a purified gas outlet line connected by the first outlet through a control valve to a block of heat and mass transfer elements of a spiral-radial type with a distributing device through the inlet pipe of the lower section of the absorber, the outlet pipe of which is connected to the fuel gas line for own needs, and the second outlet through a control valve with a block of heat and mass transfer elements of a spiral-radial type with a distributing device through the inlet pipe of the desorber middle section, the outlet pipe of which is connected to the fuel gas line for own needs. A method implemented on the claimed device is also claimed.

EFFECT: group of inventions reduces energy costs due to the use of a part of the purified gas as a refrigerant and provides the possibility of resource saving due to the additional production of a dilute alkanolamine solution.
