FIELD: gas purification.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to gas purification processes and can be used in the oil and gas, oil refining, chemical and petrochemical industries for the absorption purification of process gases from acidic components using aqueous solutions of alkanolamines. The device contains a separator of the gas to be cleaned, a column-type absorber with a device for cooling the absorbent with a two-section drop-collecting device, an upper nozzle mass transfer section equipped with a switchgear, and a lower section equipped with a block of spiral-radial heat and mass transfer elements with a switchgear and refrigerant inlet and outlet pipes. It also contains a three-section column-type desorber, each section of which is equipped with blocks of spiral-radial heat and mass transfer elements with switchgears and inlet and outlet pipes for coolant or refrigerant in each section. The bottom of the absorber is located above the point of entry of the saturated absorbent into the desorber (taking into account the pressure difference in the absorber and desorber), and a mixer of the purified gas with the absorbent is placed on the gas supply line to the absorber. A device for cleaning the absorbent from decomposition products, an absorbent supply pump, a pressure reducing valve, gas supply and discharge pipelines, as well as process pipelines are installed on the bypass line for supplying the absorbent to the absorber. A three-phase separator is installed on the supply line of the purified production gas with a line for the discharge of the purified gas, a line for the discharge of hydrocarbon condensate and a water discharge line connected to the line for the supply of saturated absorbent to the desorber, and an additional throttle and a low-temperature separator with a line for the discharge of purified gas and a line for the discharge of a dilute aqueous solution of alkanolamine are placed on the line for the discharge of purified production gas connected to the saturated absorbent supply line to the desorber. Also, a method for amine purification of industrial gas is claimed, implemented on the claimed device.
EFFECT: claimed group of inventions provides resource-saving devices for amine purification of industrial gas and the method for its implementation, due to obtaining an additional amount of water and a dilute solution of alkanolamine and reducing the consumption of demineralized water.
