FIELD: press equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for separating processed products into liquid and solid phases, for granulating and briquetting bulk materials. The device for briquetting includes a frame with a press placed on it in the form of a hollow cylindrical body with a screw shaft installed in it, kinematically connected to the rotating drive, a mechanism for reciprocating motion of the shaft, a die, a shaper of the inner surface of the briquette. The device additionally contains an emitter of ultrasonic vibrations, a receiver, a vacuum pump with a drive. The screw shaft is made with alternating sections of different winding pitch of the screw turns. The vacuum pump is connected by a vacuum line through the receiver to the internal cavity of the hollow cylindrical body of the press at the location of the screw section with the largest turn pitch. In the vacuum pipeline connecting the receiver with the internal cavity of the cylindrical body, a valve with a sensor of its opening is installed. The emitter of ultrasonic vibrations is fixed on the section of the press body with the smallest pitch of the screw shaft placed in it, following the section of the screw shaft with the largest pitch.
EFFECT: obtaining a durable product at the exit from the press, as well as reducing energy consumption during pressing.
