FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining peptides that induce their own stem cells is proposed. The cell mass of chicken embryos until the appearance of the histocompatibility antigen is homogenized mechanically. To isolate pluripotent stem cells from the mass of embryonic cells, the homogenate is filtered, centrifuged, then filtered again. With a solution of sodium chloride, the concentration of cells is adjusted to 1.0×106±0.6×106 cells in 1 ml of solution, the resulting suspension is incubated for a day. A day later, the supernatant containing the waste products of embryonic cells is collected and centrifuged, after which stepwise filtration is carried out. A peptide fraction is isolated from the resulting purified solution using a multiblock preparative system of high performance liquid chromatography. The resulting solution is dried under negative pressure to obtain a crystalline powder.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain peptides that induce own stem cells.
