SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and biotechnology and can be used to create a remedy that has a reparative and anti-inflammatory effect. The composition, which has an anti-inflammatory and regenerative effect, includes hyaluronic acid and/or its derivatives in an amount of 0.1 to 10 wt.%, a fraction of mitochondrial RNA in an amount of 0.001 to 10 wt.%, 0.9% NaCl solution or water – up to 100 wt.%.
EFFECT: invention provides pronounced resistance to the effects of hyaluronidase.
