SUBSTANCE: invention is related to sealing various assemblies that must be sealed during long-term storage, and then when a working fluid enters them, the sealing device must open when a certain pressure is reached. The design of the sealing device of the pipeline, installed in the place of the changing high pressure area, contains an insert with an annular protrusion formed by conical and cylindrical sections in the longitudinal section, a plug made of an elastic material, mainly rubber, installed inside the insert and contacting with its side walls with the inner walls of the annular protrusion, equipped with a conical section on the side of the cavity to be sealed, and on the side located opposite the cavity to be sealed, provided with a lug having a conical surface; the plug is combined, the shut-off part of the plug, in contact with the cylindrical section of the annular protrusion, is made of an elastic material with a cylindrical section, the diameter of which exceeds the diameter of the sealed cylindrical section of the insert. The lug of the plug is made of an erosion-resistant press material, mainly fiberglass, the length of the cylindrical section of the plug protruding above the lug exceeds the length of the sealed cylindrical section of the insert, the part of the plug made of elastic material is equipped on the side of the conical section of the insert with an additional hollow conical lug, the opening angle of which equal to the opening angle of the conical section of the annular section of the lug. The lug of the plug, made of an erosion-resistant press material, is installed on the adhesive composition inside the additional hollow conical lug of the part of the plug, made of an elastic material.

EFFECT: increase of reliability of the pipeline sealing device by avoiding destruction of the plug during operation.
