FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at perfection of flow regulators operating under conditions of high temperatures and pressures and providing control of aircraft in pitch, yaw and roll planes. Disclosed is a design of a hot gas flow controller, comprising a housing with inlet and outlet nozzles, a seat with uniformly arranged flow ports, installed in the outlet branch pipe, kinematically connected shutter and shaft, gate is made with blind hole, into which shaft enters, and in place of its connection with shaft is made with cylindrical section, changing into tide, on which there are flow holes in the form of ring sector limited by two cylindrical surfaces, centers of which are located on shaft axis, at that, the flap flow ports are made identical to the seat supply ports, the edges of the side surface of each flap flow port in the cross section are made as shaped: part closest to the seat is made in the form of a rectilinear section, and the part located further is made in the form of an inclined section away from the delivery hole of the seat at an angle equal to 30...45°, on the flat end of the seat there is made a spherical recess coaxial to the shaft axis, and on the flat end face of the shutter there is a spherical projection coaxial to the shaft axis, wherein the sphere radius of the seat recess is greater than the radius of the shutter flap sphere, and a uniform clearance is made between the flat surfaces of the seat and the flap facing each other.

EFFECT: disclosed is a hot gas flow controller.
