SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to quantify the level of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) at the level of the shock organ — in the skin. The “skin window” method is set up. In the middle third of the palmar surface of the forearm, the upper layers of the epidermis are removed on a skin area of 1 by 1 cm, a 1 ml plastic chamber filled with a sterile sodium chloride solution of 0.9% is placed on the scarified area, the chamber is fixed on the scarified skin area with an adhesive plaster. After 6 hours, the chamber is removed, its content is collected and transferred to an Eppendorf tube. The exudate of the "skin window" is centrifuged, and the obtained cell-free fraction of the exudate — the supernatant is used to determine the concentration of adrenocorticotropic hormone using the ACTH reagent kit Elecsys, Cobas e manufactured by Roche Diagnostics on an automatic electrochemiluminescent immunoanalyzer Cobas e411 rack.

EFFECT: method provides a quantification of the level of ACTH in vivo by an accessible minimally invasive method in combination with a high-precision modern method of immunoassay.
