FIELD: molecular sieves; production and use.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a modified Y-type molecular sieve for catalytic cracking of a hydrocarbon feedstock having a rare earth content of from about 4% to about 11% by weight, based on rare earth oxide, sodium content of not more than about 0.7% by weight, calculated as sodium oxide, zinc content of from about 0.5% to about 5% by weight, calculated as zinc oxide, and phosphorus content from about 0.05% to about 10% by weight, calculated as phosphorus pentoxide, based on the weight of the modified type Y molecular sieve in terms of dry matter; the ratio of silicon dioxide and alumina in the frame from about 7 to about 14 in terms of the molar ratio of SiO2/Al2O3, the percentage of non-framework aluminium and the total content of aluminium is not more than about 20% and the percentage of pore volume of secondary pores, having a pore size from 2 to 100 nm, and a total pore volume from about 15% to about 30%. A method for producing a modified molecular sieve is described. A catalytic cracking catalyst containing the molecular sieve described above is described. The use of the described molecular sieve in the catalytic cracking of a hydrocarbon material is described.
EFFECT: obtaining a catalytic cracking catalyst providing an increase in the conversion factor of hydrogenated LCO, a decrease in coke selectivity, an increase in the yield of gasoline, and an increase in the yield of ethylene and propylene.
