SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrocracking engineering and describes a modified Y-type molecular sieve and a method for producing said sieve, a hydrocracking catalyst and a method for producing said catalyst and a method for petroleum oil hydrocracking. The modified Y-type molecular sieve contains 0.5-2 wt. % Na2O relative to the total quantity of a modified Y-type molecular sieve, with the ratio of the total acid of a modified Y-type molecular sieve measured with pyridine and infrared spectrometry, and the total quantity of acid of the modified Y-type molecular sieve measured with the aid of n-butylpyridine and infrared spectrometry is 1-1.2, with the total quantity of acid of the modified molecular sieve type Y, measured with pyridine and infrared spectrometry being 0.1-1.2 mmol/g. The method for producing a modified Y-type molecular sieve comprises the following stages: (1) pre-treatment of the molecular sieve with NaY to produce a de-sodiumized and de-aluminized molecular Y-type sieve, (2) sodium ion exchange for de-sodiumized and de-aluminized molecular Y-type sieve to obtain a sodium-containing molecular Y-type sieve, (3) exposing the sodium-containing molecular Y-type sieve and the solution of the macromolecular ammonium salt to immersion treatment and then drying and burning to produce a modified molecular Y-type sieve.
EFFECT: location of the acid centers of the modified Y-type molecular sieve are intensively distributed in large pore channels, the molecular sieve is used in the paraffin oil hydrocracking reaction method, which is advantageous for increasing the selectivity of the reaction of macromolecular cyclic hydrocarbons in paraffin oil, reducing the occurrence of secondary cracking reaction, Improving the quality of the hydrocracking tail oil and increasing the yield of liquid reaction products.
