SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the field of mechanical engineering and is intended to ensure safe working conditions for locomotive crews of recovery trains. The microclimate and vibration isolation system of the recovery train car is characterized by the fact that the car cooling system circuit is connected to the car heating system circuit through pipelines and includes an air pump installed on the car roof, connected by an air duct to an air filter and controlled by a control unit equipped with a pressure switch and a temperature switch, opposite to the control unit, above the floor plane of the car, a heater with an air filter is installed, an electric heater controlled by the climate system is located symmetrically to the heater. The air filter is connected by a line to a heat exchanger located on the small side of the car, opposite to the electric heater. An exhaust air valve is installed on the roof of the car, above the control unit, and the heat-removing cooling system of the diesel power plant of the recovery train car is laid in the form of a snail under the flooring surface, made in the form of removable rubber sections, in the grooves of the steel base and is a hollow elastic tube of a larger diameter, inside which coolant pipes of smaller diameter are laid, the cavity between the pipes of larger diameter is filled with polyurethane foam. The circulation circuit is made in the form of a single circuit of the built-in electric heating system and the cooling circuit of the diesel power plant, equipped with two electro-pneumatic valves, a coolant pump, and a working fluid filter. Antifreeze can be used as a coolant, the coolant pump is controlled from the control unit, and thermocouples are placed in polyurethane foam, whereas elastic pipes of a larger diameter and removable rubber sections of the floor covering are constantly maintained in the optimal vibration damping temperature range.

EFFECT: maintenance of sanitary and hygienic standards for microclimate parameters and vibration of locomotive crews of recovery trains both at low and at elevated ambient temperatures, efficient removal of thermal energy from a diesel power plant, maintaining an optimal vibration-damping temperature range of the floor covering.
