FIELD: automatic distribution of bulk products.

SUBSTANCE: automatic weighing mobile dispensing device for bulk products consists of a frame and a hopper. At least one hopper is fixed in the inner space of the frame. A feeder is connected to the bottom opening of the hopper. Carriages are installed in the upper part of the frame. The feeder and carriages comprise electric drives connected to the control cabinet. The cabinet is mounted on a frame and connected via a communication channel to a personal computer. The hopper is fixed in the frame by means of a bandage, on the surface of which three load cell assemblies are equidistantly fixed around the hopper so that the load cell supports are fixed on the frame. Each load cell assembly is connected to a control cabinet. The control cabinet comprises a magnetic current collector and a battery.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of dosing of bulk products when using volumetric dosing methods, as well as decreased accident rate of dispensing bulk products.
