The pipe ovality prediction method after the expansion step includes an ovality prediction step using an ovality prediction model trained by machine learning. The model comprises at least one parameter selected from the steel sheet attribute information, from the pressure bending step operating parameters, and from the welding gap reduction step operating parameters as input. The model comprises information about the ovality of the pipe after the expansion step as output.
EFFECT: accurate prediction and control of the ovality of the steel pipe and obtaining a pipe with the desired ovality.
