FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: quick disconnect threaded connection contains a first compartment with a thread and a second compartment joined with it, having a rotary threaded ring fixed from axial movement and interacting with the thread of the first compartment to form a threaded pair between them. The threads in the threaded pair have longitudinal grooves with a depth not less than the height of the thread and a length that ensures free passage of the corresponding protrusions of the remaining threads. The grooves of the swivel ring are made with an undercut of one turn of the thread. The swivel threaded ring on the outer peripheral surface is made with a worm-and-screw thread, and the body of the second compartment on the peripheral surface is equipped with a seat for installing a removable device for tightening the threaded connection, mated with the auger thread of the swivel wheel.
