FIELD: container lids.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a lid containing paper material. The lid is a lid designed to be removably attached to an opening portion of a container. The lid contains a closing wall and a side wall that surrounds the circumferential periphery of the closing wall, tapers from the upper end to the lower end and is made of paper material. The closing wall and the side wall are integral with each other by means of a rising part formed on the circumference of the closing wall and attached to the inner surface of the top wall of the side wall. An engaging portion is provided on the inner circumferential side of the lower wall of the side wall to be engaged with the opening portion of the container.
EFFECT: ensuring good tightness of the opened part of the container.
