FIELD: accurate positioning of a rail vehicle (RV).
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used when controlling the RV in automatic control mode. The essence of the invention is as follows. The onboard positioning device comprises a satellite navigation receiver (SNR), an inertial navigation unit (INU), a path and speed sensor data processing unit (PSDPU), a lidar data processing unit (LPDU) installed on the RV, connected to the technical vision system (TVS) of the obstacles detection unit (ODU) of the RV, and a calculator that includes a series-connected monitoring unit, an evaluation unit, a subtraction unit and a comparator, as well as a memory unit. The monitoring unit is made in the form of a computing module, the memory of which includes a digital path model (DMP), the LDPU output is connected to the inputs of the memory unit and the monitoring unit, the other input of which is connected to the SNR output, and the output is connected to the control inputs of the PSDPU, the evaluation unit and of the memory unit connected by its output to another input of the subtraction unit, the other inputs of the evaluation unit are connected to the outputs of the INU and PSDPU, and the second output is connected to the first input of the RV control device, the second and third inputs of which are connected to the outputs of the comparator and the subtractor, respectively.
EFFECT: improved accuracy and reliability of RV positioning in all weather conditions, unstable satellite navigation signal.
