FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vane-type volumetric pumps built into an electric motor to form a compact monoblock electric pump unit with high liquid pressure. The pump contains a housing 1 with covers 2. The stator 3 and the rotor 4 of the electric motor are installed in the housing 1, separated by a sealed non-magnetic sleeve 5. In the rotor 4, the pump rotor 6 with cams 7 is fixed on the working surface sliding along the cylindrical surface 8 of the pump stator 9 to form working chambers 10 with displacers in the form of movable plates 11 placed in the grooves 12 of the stator 9. Inside the stator 9, coaxially with its central axis, there is a channel 13 for supplying liquid to the suction manifold 14 from the inlet fitting 15 and a channel 16 for draining liquid from the discharge manifold 17 to the outlet fitting 18. Radial channels 19 and 20 depart from the collectors 14 and 17, extending to the outer surface of the stator 9 to the working chambers 10, while the injection channels 20 are partially aligned with the grooves 12 of the stator 9. Stator 9 can be attached to covers 2 with fittings 15 and 18. The rotor 6 of the pump can be attached to the rotor 4 of the electric motor by means of a press fit or performed with him in the form of a single piece.
EFFECT: high external tightness of the pump, reduced weight and size at high fluid pressures.
