FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to multi-action vane-type volumetric pumps with a built-in automatic unloader. The pump contains a housing 1 with suction and discharge ports 2 and 3, inside which a stator 4 with longitudinal grooves 9 with movable plates 10 is installed. In the stator 4 there is a rotor 12 with cams, on the outer surface between which there are working chambers covered by plates 10. Inside the rotor 12 there is a shaft 16 with an impeller 17, which creates liquid pressure at the entrance to the working chambers. The pump unloading machine contains a main valve, the role of which is played by plates 10 that bypass liquid inside the working chambers in the event of the pump being overloaded with a pressure higher than the pilot valve 20 set by a signal.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at creating a multi-acting vane pump with a built-in automatic unloader with a minimum number of parts and weight and size parameters due to the use of hydraulically controlled pump vanes as the main valve.
