FIELD: oil and gas processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to rotary-type mass transfer apparatuses for mass transfer processes between gas and liquid and can be used in gas, chemical and oil refining industries. Rotary jet mass transfer apparatus comprises a cylindrical body, a rotating shaft, an electric motor, phase feeders. Coaxial inner perforated pipe, intermediate perforated pipe, outer perforated pipe are all attached to the shaft, each perforated pipe in the walls has branch pipes bent upwards. The intermediate perforated pipe and the outer perforated pipe have annular flanges. The inner and outer perforated pipes are equipped with a lower bottom, and the intermediate perforated pipe and the outer perforated pipe have inclined annular spray guards. A coaxial pipe without perforation is attached to the shaft, having an upper and lower bottom, as well as a partition, while there is a labyrinth seal between the pipe without perforation and the column body.
EFFECT: increase in intensity of mass transfer processes and a reduction in the cost of metal for manufacturing the apparatus.
