FIELD: column mass-transfer apparatuses. SUBSTANCE: apparatus may be used in chemical, hydrometallurgical and other industries for conduction of processes of extraction, sorption, leaching and washing grainy and finely divided materials with liquid and gaseous reagents, including radioactive ones under direct flow and counterflow conditions. Essence of invention consists in that body of column mass-transfer apparatus has flat bottom and plate of vibration drive rod is rigid and perforated. In this case, end plate and branch pipe for withdrawal of reaction products are installed near body bottom so that in middle position of plate, its side edge is located opposite to branch pipe inlet. Branch pipe for withdrawal of reaction production preferably is directed upward with respect to body bottom at angle of 15-45 deg to apparatus axis. Each plate packing on vibration drive rod may have a row of coaxial identic inclined partitions made in the form of truncated regular pyramids. Angles of inclination of partitions of two neighboring packings relative to apparatus axis amounts to 30-60 and 120-150 deg, respectively. For operation both under direct-flow and counterflow conditions, body upper and lower parts are expandable. In this case, installed in body upper part is additional branch pipe for withdrawal of reaction products, and installed in body lower part is additional branch pipe for supply of initial reagent. EFFECT: reliable operation under conditions of intensive mass-transfer under direct-flow and counterflow conditions. 4 cl, 7 dwg
