SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to personalize the services provided to the user. A request for providing at least one service is received by means of the service providing device from the user device, after which the request data received from the user device is redirected by means of the mentioned service providing device to the data management device for user authentication, where the presence of the user's consent to transmission over at least one parameter and transmitting to the service providing device at least one parameter characterizing the interest of the user in relation to the service requested by the user. The user of the user's device is provided in response to the said request with at least one service personalized on the basis of at least one parameter characterizing the user's interest in the service requested by him.

EFFECT: increased reliability in the transfer of user parameters due to the implementation of an automated check for consent to this transfer.
