FIELD: optical instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technologies for multispectral imaging without scanning. The claimed method for the simultaneous registration of a multispectral image of an object based on the spatial-spectral separation of polychromatic broadband radiation consists in the formation of a beam of broadband optical radiation that carries the image of the object, the spatial and spectral separation of this beam using a multi-aperture optical system, each channel of which forms a narrow-band image in a given spectral interval, simultaneous registration of all spectral images by one matrix radiation detector and joint digital processing of the obtained images. The spatial separation of the radiation is provided by N separate channels of the multi-aperture optical system, each of which contains the same or a unique set of optical elements that provide close values of the angular field and focal length of each channel, which makes it possible to form N images on a single matrix radiation detector. In addition to power optical elements, each channel contains neutral and spectral filters. Registration of all spatially and spectrally separated images occurs simultaneously with one matrix radiation detector.
EFFECT: possibility of simultaneous registration of images of distant objects in several specified spectral intervals of ultraviolet, visible and infrared radiation by one matrix receiver without spatial and spectral scanning.
