FIELD: packaging.
SUBSTANCE: distribution container under pressure and elastomeric sealing materials for use in such a container. The distribution container (10) under pressure comprises a container (11) for the product to be dispensed and a valve attached to the container, which comprises a propellant containing 1,1-difluoroethane or its derivative and optionally ethanol. The valve contains a stem (15), a body (16, 18) and one or more seals (20, 21). The valve stem is slidably mounted within the valve body and one or more seals cooperate with the valve stem to control fluid release. The valve also contains a sealing gasket (14) for sealing the valve against the distribution container. One or more seals (20, 21) are formed from an elastomeric composition (i), preferably from an elastomeric composition containing an ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer. The sealing gasket (14) is formed from an elastomeric composition (ii) containing an isobutylene polymer or a copolymer thereof.
EFFECT: implementation of a distribution container under pressure, which can be used with propellants based on 1,1-difluoroethane.
