FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be used to prevent the formation and removal of asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits (ARP) in oilfield equipment. The method involves increasing the rate of removal of paraffin crystals released from the gas-liquid mixture, followed by coagulation and washing of the walls of elevator pipes for removal to the surface. The gas-liquid flow of well products, ascending from the depth of the beginning of paraffin crystallization to the wellhead, is accelerated by placing an additional elevator pipe inside the main elevator pipe, forming a turbulent mode of movement in the cavity of the elevator pipes, which, due to the turbulence of the flow, continuously renews the wall oil film, washing out the paraffin crystals from the surface of the pipes as much as possible. After the accumulation of ARP on the walls of pipes over the permissible limit in the thickness of deposits, the pump is stopped, and a remover of asphalt-resinous and paraffin deposits is pumped into the additional pipe with circulation through the inter-tube space of the main and additional elevator pipes to the surface for dissolution and deposited sediment.
EFFECT: inter-repair period is significantly increased due to an increase in the ARP deposition area of the when the liquid rises to the surface.
