FIELD: monitoring devices.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and device for monitoring production facilities for monitoring the operating status of a plurality of production facilities of the same type located at a plurality of production sites. The stage of preparing information for data transmission for each of the production facilities for each of the production sites, the stage of data accumulation in a computer located at the place of data accumulation, the stage of analysing the current operating state on each of the production facilities and the stage of determining the operating state are carried out. At the same time, in the step of determining the operating state, it is determined whether the operation is abnormal on each of the production tools based on the operational indicators obtained from the operational data in the data analysis step, and the operational indicators have been converted to the same scale to allow comparison of the operating states of the production facilities of the same type with different characteristics.
EFFECT: reliable fault detection without requiring a large amount of labour resources and immediate action to eliminate them.
