SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to systems for scheduling maintenance and/or repair of components of a manufacturing site. Proposed system comprises data base, technical state analysis unit, criticality analysis unit, event registration unit, efficiency analysis unit and root cause analysis unit. As a result of operation, the system generates basic and individual maintenance strategies and/or repair of manufacturing site components based on analysis of technical condition, criticality and root causes of events associated with manufacturing site components.
EFFECT: high reliability of using components of a manufacturing site, high safety of the manufacturing site.
