FIELD: assembly production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of assembly production and can be used in rotary assembly lines for pyrotechnic products. The line contains a rotor assembly, including a rotor made with slots for housings of assembled products, a support and a drive for rotating the rotor, feed units for housings and components in the form of vibrating feed bins, as well as three linear conveyors with guides installed around the rotor assembly for supplying components and with component proximity sensors to detect presence of the components on the conveyors. At the same time, manipulators are installed on each conveyor for picking up the components from the conveyor and moving them to the rotor. In addition, the line is equipped with the appropriate pneumatic cylinders with crimpers installed at the places of pressing operations. The rotor assembly is also equipped with a cage fixed on the support in which the rotor shaft is located and a bellows coupling connecting the rotation drive shaft and the rotor shaft.

EFFECT: increased productivity of the line, reduced complexity of assembly and reduced dimensions of the line.
