FIELD: aerospace engineering.
SUBSTANCE: high-temperature anti-oxidation coating is made in the form of a multilayer structure and includes at least two layers - internal adhesive and external. The inner adhesive layer is obtained by thermal diffusion saturation of a ceramic composite material, and the mixture in which the thermal diffusion saturation process is carried out, with a particle size not exceeding 100 mcm, of the following composition: silicon from 0.5 to 0.7 wt. fractions, aluminium oxide from 0.3 to 0.5 wt. fractions. The outer layer, which is a multiphase system, contains the following components (mass fractions): hafnium oxide (HfO2) 0.7-0.8, silicon (Si) 0.1-0.2, silicon hexaboride (SiB6) 0.05-0.15, hafnium diboride (HfB2) 0.001-0.05 and is formed by the slip-firing method.
EFFECT: increased heat resistance of a high-temperature antioxidant coating while maintaining a high level of oxidation resistance, protection against the aggressive effects of fuel combustion products for a long time for the substrate material in the temperature range up to 1500°C.
