SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the creation of a new dosage form of echinochrome A in the form of micro-/nanofibers of one or more biocompatible polymers with different hydrophilicity and pH sensitivity of biological media containing echinochrome A in an amount of 5 to 30 wt. %. The group of inventions also relates to a method of obtaining the said dosage form of echinochrome A by electrospinning a joint solution of one or more biocompatible polymers and echinochrome A, and its use for controlled and prolonged release and targeted delivery of the active substance to the focus of the pathological process. The invention provides a controlled and longer sustained release of echinochrome A and the possibility of its targeted delivery.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the stability of echinochrome A in the claimed dosage form, namely, the medicinal product remains stable in polymer matrices for at least two years.
