FIELD: chemistry; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to chemistry and medicine, namely to a method for producing a functionally active polymer patch for arterial reconstruction, resistant to aneurysm formation. Method includes the following stages: mixture of polyurethane, ε-polycaprolactone and a block copolymer of polyoxyethylene and polyoxypropylene are dissolved in an organic solvent to obtain a polymer solution; simultaneously preparing a liquid phase of biologically active molecules containing vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and chemoattractant molecule SDF-1α in physiological solution, or in phosphate-buffered saline, or in sterile water; liquid phase is introduced into a polymer solution to obtain an emulsion; electrospinning the emulsion is performed to obtain a highly porous polymer web from which the polymer patch is cut; polymer patch surface is modified by forming a hydrogel coating from polyvinylpyrrolidone and irradiation thereof with ionizing radiation, followed by treatment with a drug solution containing ilomedin and unfractionated heparin in a buffer.
EFFECT: invention enables to create a biocompatible polymer patch with a highly porous structure, having pro-angionic and atrombogenic activity and retaining the ability to remodeling.
