SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to diagnose chronic catarrhal gingivitis (CCG) in pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia (IDA). A study of the biological fluid of the patient is conducted. In the first trimester, the gingival fluid is examined, in which the concentration of cytokine profile indicators is determined: sIgA, IgG, IL-8, IL-10 of the gingival sulcus fluid pg/ml. When the condition is met, sIgA is more than 250.0 mg/l, IgG is more than 6.0 mg/ml, IL-8 is more than 200.0 pg/ml, IL-10 is less than 1.00 pg/ml, HCG is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of CCG in pregnant women by determining the concentration of cytokine profile indicators: sIgA, IgG, IL-8, IL-10 of the gingival sulcus fluid.
